The C5000 builds on the success of Oriux’s Advanced Traffic Controller, which has been installed in over thirty thousand intersections worldwide and is powered by their renowned software, GREENWave — a powerful, Linux-based, multiprocess traffic application.
The C5000 combines a fully NTCIP-compliant traffic controller, an integrated MMU that is fully compliant with FYA monitoring, high-density load switches that provide up to 32 channels of operation, and much more in a single unit.

C5000 Intersection Control System
The C5000 builds on the success of Oriux’s Advanced Traffic Controller, which is installed in over 30,000 intersections worldwide. Powered by the renowned GREENWave software—a robust Linux-based multiprocess traffic application—the C5000 offers a comprehensive and compact traffic control solution. It integrates a fully NTCIP-compliant traffic controller, an integrated MMU—compliant with FYA monitoring, and high-density load switches providing up to 32 output channels, all housed within a single unit.Compact and Compatible Design
Designed to fit a standard 19-inch rack but standing only 17 inches tall, the C5000 is ideal for Central Business Districts (CBD) or downtown areas where space is limited. Its rack configuration allows compatibility with both NEMA and CALTRANS cabinet enclosures. Additionally, the C5000 supports current monitoring and is available in both 110V and 220V configurations to suit various power requirements.Ready for Future ITS Applications
The C5000 Intersection Control System is built with future Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) applications in mind. It offers versatile programming options, including remote or on-site setup via PC, Mac, mobile devices, a detachable keyboard and display, or through an NTCIP central system.
