Stop Watch
More Traffic Data Without More Hardware
It’s a fact—traffic volumes and congestion are growing faster than roadway capacity can handle. Add an occasional incident or, worse, an emergency evacuation, and you have a traffic crisis. Traffic can’t be managed if you don’t know what it’s doing in real time. While the technology exists, the challenge lies in the cost of installing and maintaining new sensors.
There is a solution to monitor the situation in real time using hardware you may already have installed to collect historical traffic data: StopWatch+™.
