Designed specifically for intersection control, it automatically supplies emergency power when standard electrical service is interrupted. The updated firmware also includes support for email notifications, allowing for real-time alerts and enhanced monitoring capabilities.Intelligent Power Management
The PB-2000ITS automatically boosts output voltage or switches to battery mode during low-voltage conditions, then reverts to normal operation once input power stabilizes over a user-defined period. All transition set points—such as transfer, retransfer, boost activation, and battery use—are fully programmable. A built-in generator mode also allows for greater input voltage and frequency variation, enabling seamless integration with AC generators.Programmable Control Terminal Block
The system’s control terminal block offers six sets of programmable contacts (pins 1 through 18) that support various functions such as intersection flash control, remote alarms, and external notifications. Key contact functions include:- Low Battery: Activates when battery capacity drops to approximately 40%.
- On Battery: Indicates the system is in inverter mode.
- Timer: Triggers after two hours in inverter mode (duration is user-programmable).
- Alarm: Alerts to conditions like line frequency errors, low output voltage, missing temperature probe, overloads, disconnected batteries, and temperature extremes.
- Fault: Signals critical issues including short circuits, battery voltage anomalies, and extreme temperatures.
