Our cabinets are constructed from 1/8” thick aluminum type 5052-H32, providing strong and rigid durability. UL-approved enclosures are available when required. Four “C” mounting channels on the side and rear walls allow for versatile positioning of shelves and panels. The design includes a completely double-flanged door frame and provisions for mounting a forced air fan system, complete with a screened air exhaust opening beneath the roof overhang.High-Quality Hardware and Finishing
External hardware is stainless steel, while internal hardware is either stainless steel or cadmium plated (type II, Class I, or equal). The main door features a stainless steel piano hinge secured with stainless steel carriage bolts and nyloc nuts. Door locks use Corbin #1548-1 or equivalent, and doors are sealed with closed-cell neoprene gaskets to ensure protection against the elements.Additional Functional Features
Each cabinet includes a fluorescent or an incandescent light fixture, a ground fault interrupt 115 VAC receptacle, as well as a thermostat-controlled fan assembly. In addition, the load bay features up to 16 positions with swing-down aluminum panels labeled with silk-screened labeling on the front and rear. Heavy-duty terminal blocks are standard, and all cabinets are engineered precisely to agency specifications for optimal performance.Material Options
